If this holiday season you are looking for a new or used car, then LemonFree.com may be a great stop. They list both New and used cars for almost any make or model. Probably the best part is for those looking to list your used car and list it for free. Most auto sites online will allow you to list your car for free, but with a lot of limitations such as length of time posted, and only allowing 1-2 pictures.
At LemonFree, they allow you to list your car until it is sold and provide room for up to 10 pictures and unlimited text.A new free classified site called LemonFree where you can find So we decided to test it out and see what the listings actually looked like so we searched for Nissan altima. We found a nice selection, and presented us with sellers close to where we live. You will see a mixture of private sellers and auto dealers. They even link into eBay auctions, which is interesting in that now you can see the worlds largest online auction site and their selection alongside your local listings.

What is your wireless connection could cover a few miles instead of a few feet? What if it were faster than wired broadband? The technology may be closer than you think. With the introduction and deployment of WiMax that idea is now a reality. It is basically Wi-Fi on steroids with faster and farther connections. Currently there is only one small installation in the US with the majority being in the Asian Continents.
This new technology will not only be able to increase the bandwith and offerings of mobile phones, but will help to provide broadband access to parts of the country and the world that would not have been accessible before. Since a communication company can simply install a WiMax based facility or router, they no longer have to string cable to customers houses. The new technology will make interactive video and games more of a reality and some phone companies are already making Wi-Max enabled phones.

New legislation that has been proposed by Senator John McCain, could hold bloggers responsible for any copyrighted material or damaging comment about a person or business that are posted on their blogs. Even in the comments section. This could make for some interesting debates on the control of free speech, and how to control this type of content on the web.

Businesses are finding out that in order to keep pace with the changing markets and customers they need new channels in which to communicate with their customers. Blogs are a great way to do since they provide a feedback mechanism for which companies can push content and products out as well gain feedback in a social setting. This was the articles in Business week back inMay 2005. Today those words are more true than ever as companies are seeing the success of MySpace and Youtube and know that in order to appeal to the younger crowds they need to play where they play. Many are not turning to TV to get their information, but rather online blogs and social communities.
The world as we know it is changing and those that can create blogs and drive members to their sites will have a huge advantage over their competitors. Our business has grown substantially over the last year as we have created and hosted several different types of blogs aimed at different audiences. One such blog is Rogers eMall

You can have the best services or products, but if no one knows who you are it can be quite difficult to achieve business results. Most businesses online will do a fair job at getting the word and promoting their online site. The best advice we have found is to keep it simple, keeping your customer base in mind. Use news releases and blogs to talk about events related to your services, and provide appropriate links to your pages. Using directories that are specific to your business is also important, and getting listed is another key step in getting noticed. All these can be done strategically to help in driving customers to your site. Find out how to shop online online.Plus, the more your site is referenced in various places, the better your search engine placement will be.

Home ownership is something that cannot be taken lightly and must be entered into with a lot of research and due diligence. Many first time home buyers got sucked into sub-prime loans that were short term low interest payments and then escalated after a few years. This has put a lot of people in serious financial troubles and helped them to loose their home. My recommendation is to always work with your local bank as they are more familiar with the housing market and can help you better plan your budget without over extending your cash flow.

Many blog owners would love to have more traffic and readers visit their site. If you search the web you will find thousands of offers to help get more website traffic to your site or blog in as little as 24 hours. Some of these are short term fixes and they use what is called pop under traffic which is where your site is shown to individuals after they leave a particular site. Others will submit your sites to FFA or link farm sites which have very little traffic generation capabilities and can even hurt your search engine placement.
One very valuable way that we have found to help increase traffic, search engine position and back links is leveraging the link building capabilities of press releases with optimized keyword searches that are picked up by the major search engines. Since most press releases can be carried out over 1000’s of sources, building in the keyword, and backlinks to the client helps to maximize this channel and achieve faster results for their clients. Imagine having our site rise to the first page results on search engines in as little as 3 weeks. This type of recognition is usually only attainable through some very serious marketing.
In order to have long sustained growth and gain more website traffic one of the key components is to have your site indexed through organic search methods. Like having key words to your blog like Kamiakin Class of 1988 Reunion will help get the search engines looking for your site. Many companies are now using blogs to help drive people to their sites and create a buzz about their latest and greatest offerings. Search engines love high value content and especially content that is update regularly. As a company you can start your own blog and have in house writers write about news events that affect you industry and customers. Another option is to employ SEO companies like thinkbigsites.com to help you build your traffic and customers through blog site content. This means that they can help provide writers and bloggers that will help drive traffic to your site through their blogs, while helping to build your search engine rankings. Others will contract with individual bloggers and have them write a post about your service and include a link back to your site while providing their opinion on the products or service. This is sometimes referred to as consumer generated media.
Whatever the path you choose to drive traffic and increase your search engine exposure remember that slow and steady will win the race and you want customers that will return based on the value that you are providing them.

Getting your business online is fairly easy these days. The question business owners need to ask is the site functional and easy for your customers to navigate. Web design is essential to attracting customers as well getting them to come back. The idea is to make it simple and not over the top. Remember that a large portion of internet shoppers are still operating on dial-up, and if your site has a lot of flash and animation it may not load very quickly causing customers to try elsewhere. You don’t have to spend a fortune to get affordable web design.
Finding companies that can produce your website, as well as help with logo design, and search engine optimization all in house is a real plus. For one they will know your customers, your site and branding will match. It usually helps to reduce costs as you are only dealing with one vendor, and they will know more specifically the demographics and types of customers you are trying to target. Plus, you reduce the duplication of efforts and time to market. Whether you are brand new to the internet, or looking to redesign your look, they offer a host of services to help your business grow.

It is not too often that I will find a blog and then actually write about it. I found kevinhasablogg.com as I was just wondering around the internet and came across his blog. The site is simple yet very informative like this article on 2008 Tech predictions. The author is Kevin Rose and is very active in the Digg community and has dugg some interesting articles like the one that shows you how to jailbreak your iPhone 1.1.2. It appears that every time the creative community finds a solution to let you customize your iPhone, Apple strikes back and releases an update that reverts your iPhone to it’s original condition. Happy New Year to our readers and may 2008 bring about some great new innovations that will make us all wonder how we got along without them.

Traveling outside of the US will require US citizens to show a valid passport. This has made some people to change their plans if they are going to some tropical destination like the Bahamas. Most people forget that Hawaii is still considered inter continental travel and does not require a passport to travel to the beautiful islands of Hawaii. I have taken my wife to Hawaii a few times and each time we stay at a different island. Our favorite island so far has been Maui. It is quite enough to get away, but yet has enough activities to keep you busy if you so desire. I would certainly recommend taking the Road to Hanna as this is a great scenic trip. The only caution is to watch out for the locals as the road narrows down to one lane in certain places. The trip to the falls will make it worth your while and can really help you forget all your troubles. You can also find some great snorkeling locations and the beaches are not as crowded as they are at The Big Island. By using the internet you find Free vacation rental listings that will give you the option to view and even list your vacation for rent.

Hawaii has to be the most beautiful place that I have had a chance to visit. The warm oceans, cool breeze in the evening make this a true magical paradise. We were able to stay in Maui in a vacation condo on our 10 year wedding anniversary and had a blast. Now thanks to the internet finding Free vacation condo listings was a snap and made our vacation planning much simpler than when we first were married. We walked the beaches, took the road to Hana, and went snorkeling with some large sea turtles. Our favorite part of the trip was the trip we took in a red convertible to Hana. The waterfalls and scenery were amazing. I will caution you though that the trip is made on a winding road that will actually go down to one lane. The locals go flying on this road and they will pass you, but remember that you are there to relax so just take your time and enjoy the scenery on the way. Plus there are some nice little villages on the way where you stop off and grab a refreshment and ask questions.
This year why not take a vacation to a place that you have always dreamed but thought it was out of reach. You can find popular Telluride vacation rental locations at sites like tinysurfer.com where you can list vacation rentals for free listings instead of the traditional classified listings and you can add pictures and detailed information if you are trying to rent or looking to find a location to spend that well earned vacation. The great thing about tinysurfer.com is that while there are multiple sites that list vacation rentals, they charge up to $200 per listing for you to list your property and at tinysurfer.com you can list for free. They offer property owner, vacation rental agencies to gain greater exposure for their properties for free. Most companies are putting into place the “use it or loose it policy” as it relates to vacation so you better get online and start planning for 2008.
