With the mad rush for PS3 , Wii, and Xbox we have already seen some retailers take precautions to limit the madness that is sure to breakout. In this weeks ads, most stores are doing a lottery type system, where they are handing out tickets starting at 6 AM the morning of. While the hype around PS3 has been somewhat lacking, it is sure to be the thing to have this upcoming Christmas. This has led more people to upgrade their current TV’s to realize the high definition games that they are buying. We have even seen new pop up tv cabinets that allow the TV to recess into the cabinet so that it can be out of the way when not in use and your living room is not over taken by this new mammoth TV.

If you have been paying attention to the housing in various parts of the country it has been reported this week that the housing market was actually showing some signs of growth. Now the is to find out where the market is not as depressed and make your claim in those markets. Now may be the time to pick up some coastal property for a good price since there are people looking to diversify their assets and may have that luxury home that is not as necessary. You may find that Wilmington NC real estate is a good place to start looking to find great deals on vacation properties and land that has great appeal. So start to look now as the market will eventually rebound and could make for a decent return.

In the newest episode of The Office Michael holds a Baby Shower for Jan and her new baby. It was a classic office that showcased the whole staff and their politically incorrect ways. The office staff all pitched in for a stroller only to find out that Jan has purchased an Orbit which the Cadillac of all strollers. Dwight can’t believe that any stroller can cost over $800 dollars so he takes it upon himself to road test the new stroller through a series of destructive tests. The Orbit strollers is actually an infant travel system where the base of the stroller can be used as a car seat making it easy to transfer your baby from the car to the stroller. And for those parents who have ever tried to transfer a sleeping baby from the car to the stroller can really appreciate this great feature.

So you have a MySpace account, and you have the generic white background. As you search around various MySpace accounts, you see a great selection of members who have customized their pages with different backgrounds, games, sounds and more. Being creative on MySpace and giving your friends and visitors a unique experience is the key to getting more MySpace friends.
If you are not tech savvy, changing the background is very easy. You can go to Market2MySpace and get all sorts of backgrounds and animations. It will generate a code that all you have to do is copy and paste into yourprofile page. Want to add your own background to your profile? As America copes with the financial crisis there are still lots of areas throughout the country that are still doing relatively well in regards to property and home sales. People over extending and buying out of their price range helped to put us in this position. The need to have quality affordable housing is still a need and this trend will definitely help the manufactured homes industry. These homes offer the best cost per square foot and can allow people to have additional upgrade that they may not have considered in a conventional home.
These homes have come a long way in the design and quality that they offer. Believe it or not but this picture is of a Santa Fe Manufactured home model that looks very up to date. We have had several friends over the last few years purchase manufactured homes and have really enjoyed the size and quality that has been built into their homes. It allowed them to have some additional space and bedrooms that was not possible because of their budget on older homes that were for sale. Well, let’s take the ever popular MySpace. Imagine if you could visit others pages, leave a quick note, and then send all those link to your friends. They click on one link, see your comments, and then they just scroll the profiles that you visited. No more, having to call out 15 different MySPace names. Watch for more on this subject.

The Cubbies play in the Cactus league during their spring training and to get Chicago Cubs Spring Training Tickets it is now very easy to do online. They hold their spring training down in Arizona which is always great weather for watching baseball, and we usually get a chance to meet some of the star players as they are more willing to sign autographs and talk with the fans. They have been playing and training at HoHoKam park in Mesa, AZ which provides a great facility for sports fans to view and interact with the Cubbies.
I just hope that this year we can continue the success and get off to a fast start. Coach Lou Pinella was brought in to make some changes, and get the team winning. He was able to take a and build a great Seattle team in the mid 1990’s and the hope that he still has some of that magic. If Kerry Woods stays healthy, and their bullpen can provide some relief the Cubs can push some of the top teams in the league.

One of my favorite cookie recipes is Toll House chocolate chip. It is something that my Grandma, mom, and wife make and there is nothing like the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the oven. Getting them just minutes out of the oven with a tall glass of ice cold milk could be it’s own meal. As we get into the holidays you will see different variations of cookies as people look try and recreate the cookie. When it is all said and done the chocolate chip cookie is in a class all it’s own if you just follow the original recipe.

Up in the NW the deer and elk season has started which is a blessing for some and a curse for others. Local farmers are not particularly thrilled since they tend to get a lot of tresspassers coming through fields chasing the deer and elk as they graze on the left over wheat and grasses from harvest. For elk you need a specific tag to be able go out and hunt so there are not as many legal hunters roaming around for this particular animal. The blessing for others is that this is a tradition every year to claim an elk tag and go out with their fathers and sons and pass on the ritual of hunting. Grabbing the rifle equipped with an assortment of Nikon rifle scopes they venture into the back country for a few days to try and claim their prize.

With the recent news about the economy and the higher gas prices more people are staying home. They are finding new ways to have family fun without going out to eat and the movies. Even NBC featured the National stay at home week when they were debuting their new fall lineup. Americans are gathering around the TV and looking for humor and entertainment to help step away from the troubles of the world. So all you need is OnDemand tv, and popcorn machines to have your own movie experience that you could invite the neighbors over for a great time.
