Some of us are very careful to giving out our personal information to just anyone and most of these folks have never gotten their identity stole from them. Some people will freely give out information and trust everyone and these are the people that have to face identity theft on down the road. Even if you’re careful about giving out certain things like an address, telephone number or your social security number, the bad guys can still find ways to get their hands on it and hurt your credit score forever.
Sometimes we see commercials or a lot of advertising and we think that means a service or product is safe for consumers. This is a bad way of thinking and lots of advertising doesn’t equal safety. Just look at the ads that are showing people how to get their free credit report online people and look at all of the ads you see them on the computer, newspapers and even on television. There are several reputable sites, but unfortunately there are bogus sites that are there to try and steal your info. I know with the economy in bad shape like it is, many of us are finding ways to save money. In many cases our vehicles pay the price for this and we don’t get those oil changes and tune ups like we should be doing. We must keep our cars running right and all of us should not save money with our automobiles. My son has started to take riding lessons and has really become involved in the care of upkeep of the horse. We have even gotten him boots, breeches, and a helmet so that he can now start competing in various riding events. I have learned that the horse community is very tight and look out for each other even in the competitions. Since our son is one of the youngest competitors many of the more experienced riders have taken time to help him understand the best ways to hold the reins, keep the horse between rounds, and what to do when he is the ring. We may eventually end buying a horse to help him continue his passion in riding and taking care of horses.

While having access to affordable health care is agreed upon by everyone the topic of who is going to pay for biomedical research if the government ultimately sets prices and forces companies to reduce their spending on R&D.
People may sometimes forget and take for granted the wonderful medicines and treatments that have been discovered and brought to market from the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Biotech drugs are becoming needed as we try and more specifically target various disease states. As the debate grows and the public is made aware of the predicted impact of the health care bill hopefully there will be a meaningful debate where Americans are given a choice and health care does not become an entitlement.

I know our vacations are important to us every year. Most of us just get 1 week a year to take a break from our normal lifestyles. While many choose to live a vacation in luxury, I actually prefer standard accommodations where I can have the opportunity to do more things on vacation. There is the akumal hotels that are available in various resort towns of Mexico.I know a lot of people don’t have this philosophy because I see all the Hotels lining the streets when I go on vacation. I know some people can afford the good things in life and really want to stay some where nice. I don’t have that luxury and for me to stay in a 5 star hotel or motel, would force me to do without some other luxury on vacation. I love to eat at the really nice seafood restaurants and the ones that are right on or near the beach are the best. So for me I don’t mind staying at the hotels along the beach so I can spend my time relaxing on my vacations. What is your chose on accommodations when you plan out your vacation? Please let me know if you stay at the bargain places or is staying at a nice hotel or resort part of the vacation?

Sometimes we forget just how important our choices today will influence our tomorrows. Just because you have one lazy day and sit around eating junk food for an entire day, doesn’t mean all hope is loss. I know we hate to pay those insurance premiums that come along each month or whatever intervals you decide to pay them in, but they are so important when we do need them. Whether you are talking about health or home insurance the chances are that getting the right policy will be challenging adventure. With all three major game system maker cutting their prices the competition will become fierce for those customers who are looking for a new system. The xbox 360 and Playstation 3 have been playing catch up to the Wii in regards to number of units sold. The game makers rely on total units being sold so that people will purchase their games. I have noticed that some retailers are starting to offer special incentives such as gift cards, or added accessories for the xBox 360 in order to gain that customer traffic in hopes that they will then purchase the game titles from them. The holiday should be great for those who are looking to upgrade their current gaming system or adding to their collection.

It’s a symbol we have grown to trust and we know we are using less energy with all the products that do display the Energy Star label. This holiday season many people may be looking to upgrade their digital cameras and camcorders. Lots of people own their own camcorders or have one on their cell phone. So we just don’t have to take still pictures, but we can have moving video of all those special moments we want to capture on film or video. I just think it’s so amazing to see how we have grown into this new way of taking pictures. It’s not only cheaper to take each picture, but you get better quality and it gets done in lightning speed. So say “cheese” and be ready for the camera!
