Something as simple as washing your hands and practicing good hygiene can help prevent the spread of viruses and colds. This was the message that we heard over and over ot help stop the spread of the H1N1 virus. It appears that this has slowed down the spread and the media has stopped their non-stop reporting of the outbreak that caused more panic than the actual virus itself.
