It is said that approx. 99% of the eye creams on the market do not work because they are simply not strong enough to help even out the wrinkles. I can say this news is not wasted on Joan Rivers and she opts for surgery to help her eliminate any wrinkles on her face. I believe that there is something about aging gracefully and Joan is not in that group. You can tell that every time she smiles her face does not move and this can be quite bizarre. I think this why everyone is so afraid of her on The Apprentice because you can’t tell if she is yelling or just trying to give you a compliment.

I was just reading about a great little invention that I wish I had when I was going to college that involves laundry. Now I know for most that this may not sound that exciting but for the millions of college kids that throw their clothes in a laundry hamper and the haul it down to the local laundromat this is great. It is basically a portable laundry caddy where you place your laundry in a wheeled hamper that makes it great for getting to and from the laundromat. I cannot tell you how many times my friends would haul down our laundry baskets and try and play it cool so that we did not drop our dirty clothes all over the floor. With this new little caddy it make carrying your dirty clothes and your books to get your wash done much more simple.

As I was traveling this past week I had some time between flights in Denver so I decided to stroll the airport to find out what shops and restaurants they had available. I noticed the digital signage that they had up in the overhangs and the walls and one in particular that read ” If you are staring at this so will are the potential thousands of customers that read this everyday” It was a great way to showcase that you have a ever changing audience that you can capture through this very effective medium. The sign then changed over to a an ad about a local ski resort. The digital age has ushered in some great advancements and helping those that are attracting new customers in just one of those applications.

We recently had the chance to have a customized book made for our niece for Christmas. She is almost three and she has a ton of toys since she has two older sisters. We were looking for a memorable gift that would be just hers and something that she would always be able to remember who it came from. We are getting to the final stages of getting our basement finished and all that is left now is to pick out the carpet and the bathroom fixtures. While it seems like an easy task I was amazed at all the different styles and accessories that were available to outfit your bathroom. We are going to have granite counter tops so the builder suggested that we look at something slightly different than just the standard steel fixtures that see most everywhere else. So after some research we found some great powdered metal fixtures that look sort of retro and should go nicely with our black and gray counter tops.

For many companies in the healthcare industry there is an inevitable risk that their products may not be as effective for some patients as others. As we have seen with the most recent cases against a pain pump manufacturer that the device may have not operated properly causing undue harm. A few months ago we saw a blurb in the WSJ (Wall Street Journal) about a San Francisco court ruling on web postings. Since this site and many other blogs create and write about others creations I thought it was very timely. In a nutshell the California State Supreme Court reversed a ruling by the appeals court that finds individuals are generally immune from liability when publishing content that was written by someone else. So what does this mean? I am by no means a legal expert and the views expressed here are just that. Any questions about your content or that of others, please consult with your own legal counsel.There is a term that is used called public domain. So the theory is that if it exists and is general knowledge can you then recreate it or publish on your site or through any other forms of communications. In the case that was in question, the plaintiff had received some information via an email, and then published the identical content on forums. This does not however give away the rights of articles that are filed and protected under copyright laws. Many authors on blogs, and websites will publish their content. But fail to protect those intellectual rights by filing with the proper bodies.

There are several causes to a neurological brain disorder called Cerebral Palsy. It can be caused by genetics, lack of oxygen to the brain during birth, forced trauma to the mother during pregnancy. The key is that it may not be know exactly what the true underlying cause might be for a child to be born or develop CP. In the case of mothers having difficulty during labor there may options available to the family by getting counsel from trained cerebral palsy that can help in these situations to seek help in actions that can be taken. While the counseling well not be able to change the outcome it may be able to provide financial relief for the long term care of your child if wrongly harmed during birth.

In the newest episode of The Office Michael holds a Baby Shower for Jan and her new baby. It was a classic office that showcased the whole staff and their politically incorrect ways. The office staff all pitched in for a stroller only to find out that Jan has purchased an Orbit which the Cadillac of all strollers. Dwight can’t believe that any stroller can cost over $800 dollars so he takes it upon himself to road test the new stroller through a series of destructive tests. The Orbit strollers is actually an infant travel system where the base of the stroller can be used as a car seat making it easy to transfer your baby from the car to the stroller. And for those parents who have ever tried to transfer a sleeping baby from the car to the stroller can really appreciate this great feature.

As you search around various MySpace accounts, you see a great selection of members who have customized their pages with different backgrounds, games, sounds and more. Being creative on MySpace and giving your friends and visitors a unique experience is the key to getting more MySpace friends.
If you are not tech savvy, changing the background is very easy. You can go to Market2MySpace and get all sorts of backgrounds and animations. One of my favorite cookie recipes is Toll House chocolate chip. It is something that my Grandma, mom, and wife make and there is nothing like the smell of fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the oven. Getting them just minutes out of the oven with a tall glass of ice cold milk could be it’s own meal. As we get into the holidays you will see different variations of cookies as people look try and recreate the cookie. When it is all said and done the chocolate chip cookie is in a class all it’s own if you just follow the original recipe.

With the recent news about the economy and the higher gas prices more people are staying home. They are finding new ways to have family fun without going out to eat and the movies. Even NBC featured the National stay at home week when they were debuting their new fall lineup. Americans are gathering around the TV and looking for humor and entertainment to help step away from the troubles of the world. So all you need is OnDemand tv, and popcorn machines to have your own movie experience that you could invite the neighbors over for a great time.

When we moved into our new home the kids wanted to have a playset in our backyard so we decided to do some research into which type of playset would be best. We looked at some of the metal playsets and based on the accessories and durability went with a wooden set. There are so many options when it comes to wooden swing sets that it was a challenge to find the right accessories and type of wood we would use. Since many of the sets came pre-assembled this did help in picking and customizing our new playset and we added features such as a rock climbing wall and monkey bars so that the kids would not out grow the new playset to fast.
