I must admit I haven’t done as much exercise or ate as many good things like I should have been. There are some that recommend a colon cleansing about every three months especially if you are always feeling bloated or tired. My body will have to pay for that down the road, but I can make it better if I start today doing the things that will benefit me tomorrow. We all have a choice in how we shape our health for the future. It might not seem too important now because you feel good and can’t ever imagine feeling bad later on. To keep that good feeling you have now, start taking the steps to improve your diet and get regular medical check ups to prevent or stop something in the early stages, that might could do a lot of damage later on. We were doing some research for a client on various colon cleanser review sites and came across a well laid out site that had some great resources and helpful information that was easy to understand and navigate. One of the challenges of healthy cooking is that most people claim to not have enough time and so they resort to what is easy and fast. With the Christmas season just around the corner now is the time to start thinking about those special loved ones on your list. February is National Heart month to awareness to heart disease the number one killer among Americans. It seems that lately there has been more noise about cardiovascular disease since the passing of Tim Russert. Women go through great lengths to look younger or improve their physical appearance even trying multiple blemish acne cream solutoins. The obvious ones are breast enlargements and facial enhancements such as Botox injections. What I didn’t realize is that women will wear padded panty outfits to increase their backside. I am leg man myself and never thought that women would be wearing artificial garments in order to get that J Lo bottom. I am glad that us men just need to exercise and keep a clean appearance and not have to through the torture that many women go through to get noticed. My thoughts are that the natural look is always beautiful and don’t try and fool the man you are trying to impress.

In our new development we are one of the first houses to be completed in our cul-de-sac. Since there are houses being built on both sides of us we decided that we need some type of property markers to help the trucks to see where not to drive. As our house was built we were able to have input into the various lighting options that would be used for both the inside and outdoors.There are maxim lighting packages that are available to help create a nice abience for your home. Mothers Day is this Sunday, May 11 so if you have not gotten her a gift then here is a great gift idea. This year we got my Mom a digital photo frame which she absolutely loves. I am not sure the amount of money that I spend every week at the local espresso stand, but they sure know me by name. I have looked into various espresso machines to see if this was something that I could do at home. But there is something about having different flavors and styles of coffee to choose from that presents a nice balance. Although, having our own espresso machine home would be nice for those Saturday morning breakfasts. Who knows Fathers day is just a month away and maybe I will be pleasantly surprised by my kids. Besides this way they can help make my coffee in the morning which they would love to do. Could you also get me the coconut flavoring I like also!
