Losing that belly fat

One of the best ways that I have found over the summer to help lose belly fat is to simply watch what I eat and try and avoid a lot of the breads and sugars that I would normally eat. Watching what I eat and exercising on a regular basis helped me to lose three inched off my waist in about three months. While this may be common sense to some most people find it tough to give up those donuts or late night snacks and will look to supplements to help them burn fat. While this is helpful for some most trainers will tell that you that until you change your eating habits you will struggle to get the fat off and it keep it off.
