We have been watching some of the latest do it yourself home shows on couples that are putting money into their home to increase the value in order to place it on the market. One of the more common renovations that we have seen is the use of ceramic tile in the shower and bathroom that creates a pattern and style that can make a minimal investment look very upscale and attractive. In most of the shows you will find that the greatest return on your renovation will be made in the kitchen or bathroom. So using some simple design concepts and using tiles and granite can really add value and appeal to these rooms.
