I have been working out for a few months and still trying to get that flatter stomach. I have read various articles on ways to burn belly fat while exercising and which exercises and foods are the best in this situation. One common thread through the various articles that I read was that you need to cut out or reduce the amount of carbs and sugars that you consumer. Eating more complex carbs and more protein can actually help your body turn into a fat burning machine along with diet and exercise. So I am on a mission to lose a few inches before the October and keep it off.
